Q: How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. We are a very small business, but strive to be as speedy as we can!

Q: Where do items ship from?

All of our items ship from San Diego, California.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! All Items shipping from Electric Cupid use The United States Postal Service. International orders going out are shipped with USPS First Class Mail, which are then handed over to your country’s public local postal carrier.

Q: How often are new items added?

We are continually sourcing each month for the next batch of awesome items, so new pieces are added to the site weekly!

Q: What does “vintage” and “deadstock” clothing mean?

All of our vintage pieces are unique and special with their own story! They’ve been lovingly handpicked and are one of a kind. The term “vintage” refers to all older styles of clothing that are generally at least 20 years old or older. The term “deadstock” refers to vintage clothing that has never been worn. Usually these items have the tags still attached. All of our items have their condition labeled in the description section so you can see how much love they’ve gotten in the past.

We accept exchanges for store credit within 7 days of item’s delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us.
